A new study suggests NFL players with lower Vitamin D levels are more prone to injury.  Will this now be listed in the fantasy football guides?

One of my favorite blogs, Weighty Matters, wonders if restaurant provided nutritional and calorie info is accurate.

We’re getting bigger.  Every state increased the number of obese folks over the last year.  Twelve states have more than 30%, and only one, Colorado, is lower than 20%.

They grow ’em big in Texas.  Like a this baby boy tipping the scales at 16lbs.

Beware the “Tiny Belly” internet ads.  They send you straight to crap supplement makers hawking their wares.  Don’t throw away your money on these charlatans.
