The Red Meat Question Answered?

Harvard released the results of a study this week that supports what many a vegetarian has long contended: red meat is bad for your health.  By following 100,000 men and women for 22 years they concluded “red meat consumption was associated with living a significantly shorter life.”  Ho hum.

In light of these findings, Caren Baginiski at New Hope wonders why even eat red meat?  I have an answer, it tastes good.  Still, Mark Bittman at the New York Times, no fan of red meat consumption, gives in my opinion the definitive word on including red meat in your diet.

A survey has found a whopping 74% of dieticians take supplements regularly.  I’m no dietician, but I count me too…

It appears all guys are the same.  When male fruit flies’ amorous advances were rejected by their female counterparts they turned to booze.
